The real problem the client was facing

Our client runs an early-stage pet services platform. Demand for fostering spikes around holidays and business trips, but supply is badly mismatched — pet stores are expensive, far away, and crate-only. Meanwhile, plenty of caring people with space and free time want to host, but have no channel.Both sides were flying blind.

Pet fostering used to be a black box. Now it's as transparent as booking a B&B. The biggest surprise: most hosts aren't in it for the money — they just love pets.
